Terms & Conditions

All of our refurbished products are second user ex-corporate products and as a result may have minor signs of wear and tear due to transport and storage i.e. minor scratch marks on exterior casing. We do not sell refurbished products that have obvious or heavy signs of damage or usage i.e. dents or cracks on exterior casing, or pressure marks and scratches on LCD monitors.

All of our refurbished products are despatched on a trackable next working day basis with a courier service usually TNT Express. We attempt to despatch any order placed through our website within 48 hours of the order placement.

Please note we will deliver to mainland UK only. For other locations and Saturday deliveries please contact us for a quotation.

We will accept the return of a desktop PC or LCD monitor within a 7 day period from the date of invoice for a full refund, less the initial shipping cost. Items that are returned to us must be done so in our original packaging and in the same physical condition as when they were sold. Return shipping arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. All credit card refunds will be credited to the payment card originally used when the item was purchased.

Our products are covered by a Return to Base (RTB) warranty where the customer is responsible for returning the equipment to our warehouse and collecting the equipment once repair is completed. The warranty covers parts and labour. Our RTB warranty is valid for 6 months, unless otherwise stated. We do not sell items on a trial basis. We will not offer a refund for goods that the buyer does not want due to the product not being a certain colour, shape, size etc. Items covered by our warranty that are considered faulty beyond repair will be replaced with a product of at least equal specification. Should a product be replaced, the warranty period will not extend beyond the original specified period. Our warranty does not cover:

If in the unlikely event that we are unable to supply you with a Product that is either not in stock or no longer available, we will inform you of this by email as soon as possible and offer a suitable  alternative or the option to cancel for a full refund.

Due to the nature of our goods we have strict fraud security filters in place to prevent payment fraud. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience and we would appreciate our customers' co-operation in overcoming such obstacles in order to continually provide a smooth and safe trading environment.
